Community Residential
In addition to the main campus, FGSM operates residential facilities located in the Pike County community. These facilities allow FGSM to meet the needs of those clients for whom community based living is most appropriate.
The FGSM community facilities include:
CRF 1.
A rural home for four individuals located near Lake White and the city of Waverly.
CRF 2.
A family home for five residents located in downtown Waverly.
CRF 3.
Five men reside in a community home located in the Village of Piketon.
CRF 4.
A home located in the downtown area of Waverly where five men reside.
